feat: add support for ocrmac OCR engine on macOS (#276)
* feat: add support for `ocrmac` OCR engine on macOS - Integrates `ocrmac` as an OCR engine option for macOS users. - Adds configuration options and dependencies for `ocrmac`. - Updates documentation to reflect new engine support.
